What the service is

Once a week we send you an email. An AI model reads that week's AI news and writes an edition for the job you told us you do: a handful of items, why each one matters for your role, and one thing you could try.

That is the whole service. There is nothing to log into and nothing to install.

Editions are AI-written, and they can be wrong

Every edition is generated by an AI model from public sources it links to. No human reviews it before it is sent.

So it can be wrong. It can be out of date, it can misread a source, and it can be confident while being both. Follow the links and check the source before you act on anything you read here — the sources are printed under each item for exactly that reason.

Nothing in an edition is professional advice. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or employment advice and must not be used as a substitute for any of them. Decisions you make after reading an edition are yours.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, free of charge. We do not promise it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or that any edition will arrive at a particular time — or at all.

Liability

To the fullest extent French law allows for a free service, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of The Noesion Radar — including anything you did, or did not do, because of something an edition said.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

Fair use

Two rules, and they exist to protect other people's inboxes.

• Do not sign up an email address you do not control. Subscribing someone else is not a favour, it is a message they did not ask for.
• Do not sign up in bulk, and do not automate the sign-up form — no scripts, no scrapers, no generated addresses.

Editions are for you to read, and forwarding one to a colleague is fine. Republishing them as your own work is not.

If an address is used in a way that breaks these rules, we may remove it from the list without notice.

Leaving, and stopping

You can leave at any time, from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every edition. One click, no questions, no confirmation email. To have your data deleted as well, see the privacy notice.

We may change the service, or discontinue it entirely, at any time. It is an experiment, and we would rather say that here than pretend otherwise. If it is shut down, we will say so in a final edition.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. Continuing to receive the newsletter after a change means the new version applies; if you would rather not, unsubscribe.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, and the French courts have jurisdiction. The provider is NOESION, a French SAS whose registration details are on the Mentions légales page.

If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not take anything away from you — you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts there.

Consumer mediation

Under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer may use a mediation service free of charge, after first raising the matter with us at support@noesion.ai. The mediator is named on the Mentions légales page.
