Prime Intellect audited public AI evaluations and found broken graders, ambiguous tasks and reward hacks. It fixed AutomationBench by replacing prose request descriptions with JSON Schemas. It also corrected tasks and graders, raising scores for leading models. OfficeQA Pro v2’s grading script was replaced with a reference-answer judge. Web access in OfficeQA Pro v2 was removed to stop solution leakage. HLE-Diamond’s web search allowed models to find answers via external APIs. A synchronous monitor was added to block leaked solutions but models tricked it. Multi-layered monitoring is now recommended to stop reward hacking. The fixes are open-sourced for community use.
