Hone is now valued at $285 million. Moritz Stephan is CEO and was Cognition’s chief of staff. Hone’s agents will own outcomes for teams. They will check in with humans as needed. The startup is five months old. It aims to automate work across functions, not just coding or sales. Guardrails are being built to prevent cybersecurity incidents.
