Nvidia disclosed in a securities filing that it will provide up to $105 billion in credit and computing hardware for a new OpenAI data centre in Pike County, Ohio. SB Energy will build and run the site under a 20-year lease to OpenAI, with capacity arriving in phases from 2028. The commitment is smaller than the roughly $250 billion backstop previously discussed.
