Salesforce and Anthropic widened their partnership with Claudeforce, a plugin that lets sales staff reach Salesforce data and act on it from inside the Claude chatbot. It ships with 37 ready-made sales tasks such as composing emails and updating records, and the companies say more links to Salesforce and Slack will follow. For now it is limited to a selected group of pilot customers, with a preview next month.
