Lambda is raising up to $4 billion at a $14.5 billion valuation. Coatue and Blackstone are leading the round. The funding comes ahead of a planned 2027 IPO. Lambda’s backlog grew from $15 billion in June to $50 billion in September. A $35 billion commitment from Anthropic drove most of that increase. The round follows a $1 billion debt raise last week. Lambda had previously planned to IPO in 2026 but delayed it. CoreWeave and Nebius are other Nvidia-backed neoclouds with public listings. Nscale filed for an IPO last month.
