Teladoc Health added two AI features to its Solo platform for hospitals. SoloVitals captures heart and respiration rates without touching the patient. It uses a camera and remote photoplethysmography on a phone or tablet. SoloScribe creates structured clinical notes during virtual visits. Notes transfer automatically into the electronic health record. Both features run inside Solo instead of separate tools. Solo is used in over 15,000 care locations worldwide. SoloScribe is now generally available. SoloVitals is in private preview with full release due in December 2026.
