Gap Inc. launched an AI hiring tool called Bridgette. It helps job seekers find roles, apply, and schedule interviews. Bridgette also answers questions and sends reminders to candidates. The tool uses Paradox and Workday Recruiting technology. Gap Inc. piloted Bridgette at over 100 stores and six distribution centers since June. It expects around 200,000 seasonal job applications. Bridgette aims to reduce administrative tasks for store managers. Gap Inc. is hiring for seasonal full-time and part-time positions.
