Release2026-10-05

Meta released system update 129 for Ray-Ban smart glasses. It adds mono audio and audio balance controls. Update 128 added turn-by-turn walking navigation. Users can share a phone map location to Meta AI for glasses navigation. Navigation is broadly available now. Audio upgrades are still rolling out. Mono audio combines left and right channels for accessibility. Audio balance shifts sound toward one ear. Navigation works for nearby walking destinations. Far destinations send driving directions to the phone.

What changed

Audio playback was stereo only with no balance or mono options. Navigation was not available on the glasses.

What it unlocks
