Google Workspace Studio added custom starters to trigger flows from external apps. It also added custom steps to run Apps Script logic inside flows. Third-party integrations now connect to Asana, Confluence, HubSpot, Jira, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Salesforce and Slack. Webhooks can send HTTP requests to external endpoints. All features are off by default and require admin approval. Admins control access via granular security settings. Rapid Release domains see the features from 17 September 2026. Scheduled Release domains see them from 30 September 2026. Webhook URL allowlists are limited to Business Plus and higher plans.
