Tesla renamed its driver assistance system in Europe. It is now called Tesla Assisted Driving. The old name was Full Self-Driving (Supervised). Germany’s transport ministry had said the old name was misleading. Germany’s transport minister will now push for EU-wide approval. Tesla CEO Elon Musk thanked the minister on X. The Netherlands already approved the software earlier this year.
