Release2026-11-05

Google added the Omni 1.2 Flash model to Google Vids. It now generates video clips up to 15 seconds long. Clips show higher character consistency across generations. Speaker variety and vocal realism have improved. Users can set clip length between 3 and 15 seconds. The rollout began on November 5, 2026. It covers most Google Workspace and consumer plans. Admins have no control to disable it. Users with AI Expanded Access get higher usage limits.
