ADNOC will deploy OpenAI models for energy operations. Abu Dhabi Government launched an AI-native Machine-Readable Government initiative. Mubadala and Inception42 will use OpenAI for investment analysis. Inception42 and OpenAI signed a five-year adoption agreement. All deployments use UAE-based inference infrastructure. OpenAI models will run on GPUs in UAE data centres.
