AWS and NVIDIA said they will add 2 million more NVIDIA graphics chips across AWS data centres in 2027 and 2028, roughly doubling an earlier commitment. The plan also covers NVIDIA's Vera processors on AWS, secure AI capacity for US government work, and NVIDIA's open Nemotron models on Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker. Most of the compute is a future commitment rather than capacity available now.
