Anthropic released Salesforce in Claude, a plugin built with Salesforce, in beta. It brings a seller's accounts, opportunities and pipeline into Claude. The plugin ships with 37 skills covering account research, call prep, pipeline review and CRM updates. Two connectors read and write Salesforce records and Slack deal channels. Claude can draft a daily brief, score deals, build close plans and produce pipeline dashboards. Salesforce stays the system of record, and Claude sees only what a seller's permissions allow. By default the seller approves each change before it is written. Admins connect Salesforce once and choose which groups get the plugin. Anthropic says GitLab, Siemens and Legora have deployed it, and that 7,000 Salesforce sellers use it.
