Lyte raised $165 million in a Series C round led by Maverick Silicon. The company builds sensing hardware and software that lets robots judge position and movement. It designs its own chips, multimodal sensors and spatial software in-house. Lyte left stealth in January 2026 and now ships to inspection, logistics and manufacturing customers. Its LyteVision platform combines coherent vision, imaging and motion sensing on one synchronised timeline. Andrew Homan of Maverick Silicon joins the board. Fidelity, Atreides Management, Key1 Capital and Ora Global also took part. Lyte will spend the money on production, perception work and hiring across silicon, optics and manufacturing. The company was founded in 2021 by former Apple and PrimeSense engineers.
