Release2026-10-13

Salesforce and IMDA launched the Slack AI Launchpad Programme. It targets up to 1,000 Singapore SMEs. The goal is to move them from AI awareness to hands-on workflow implementation. Minister Josephine Teo announced it at SMEs Go Digital Day 2026. The programme supports the National AI Impact Programme and Digital Enterprise Blueprint. SMEs receive complimentary 60-day Slack Business+ trials for up to 10 users. They also get two hands-on workshops. Slackbot acts as a personal AI teammate for tasks like finding answers and scheduling. Slackbot Skills turn repeatable tasks into reusable AI shortcuts. Workshops are run with partners Bryd, May4S and Valuehub. SMEs can sign up from 13 October 2026 on IMDA’s platform.
