Voice capabilities will let users describe AI use cases aloud in ServiceNow. ServiceNow will give all employees access to ChatGPT Work and Codex. OpenAI will use ServiceNow workflows in its own operations. The ServiceNow MCP plugin is available in the OpenAI marketplace today. Enhanced capabilities are expected by the end of 2026.
