OpenAI launched GPT-6 Sol and Luna. Sol targets complex tasks like coding. Luna targets clerical work like summarizing documents. Both cost half as much as GPT-5.6 Sol and Luna. GPT-6 Sol makes half as many mistakes as its predecessor. The models are available in ChatGPT Work and Codex for most paid accounts. They are also available in the ChatGPT API. Luna is available in the desktop app and for Free and Go users. OpenAI will roll out the models to ChatGPT app and website gradually.
