Genspark released GenOffice, a free open-source office suite. It edits Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDF, Markdown and HTML files. A built-in AI agent reads, edits and shows changes in real Office formats. A genoffice CLI and agent skill lets Claude Code, Codex and Cursor create and edit .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files locally. Files are byte-preserving and edits arrive as tracked changes. The suite runs on macOS, Windows and Linux. Users can bring their own AI provider key. The app includes a local file search reranked by TypeSafe Jev. It supports multiple AI providers including Claude, OpenAI and Gemini.

What it unlocks
