Release2026-10-29

Gemini in Google Slides can now edit multiple slides or an entire deck at once. A single prompt can refresh visual styles, update content or combine slides across the presentation. Edits are applied as native, editable changes to the slides. A summary of changes appears in the side panel after editing. Users can undo or revert changes via version history. The feature is English-only at launch. Promotional higher usage limits apply through 1 December 2026. Per-user limits will apply after that date. The rollout began on 29 October 2026 for all release tracks.
