Release2026-09-28

Instinct raised a $1B Series C round. The round values the company at $10B. Sequoia, Benchmark and Coatue led the investment. This follows a $2.5B valuation just one month prior. Instinct builds personal AI agents that perform tasks like booking travel. It can also make phone calls for users via a concierge feature. A trusted person network lets agents coordinate plans between users. Meta’s Muse now competes directly with Instinct. Muse integrates with Meta’s social products. Instinct has no mobile app yet. Founder Noah Shinn said the funding will expand access. Privacy concerns arose over Instinct’s initial data policy. The policy has since been updated.
