Release2026-09-15

AIUC raised $40 million in a Series A led by Ribbit Capital. First Harmonic also participated. The startup was founded by Rune Kvist and Rajiv Dattani. It offers third-party audits and certifications for AI agents. AIUC built a standard called AIUC-1 inspired by SOC 2. It runs agents through 5,000 tests for jailbreaks, hallucinations and data leaks. Results produce a 100-page safety and reliability report. AIUC uses AI agents to run tests and analyze data. Humans verify the final audit. Customers include Cursor, Lovable, Harvey and ElevenLabs.
