GitHub Enterprise now includes Copilot for every licensed user. Enterprises only manage AI usage against their budget. Code completion and next edit suggestions work without budget. Copilot Chat, code review and cloud features need available budget. Budget exhaustion does not remove seat access. Self-serve availability is coming in stages. Current self-serve subscriptions remain unchanged. Copilot Business and Enterprise stay available. Non-Enterprise users get Copilot Standalone at $10 per user per month. Copilot access via Enterprise lacks monthly AI credits per seat.
