Salesforce reported second-quarter results for its 2027 fiscal year, with revenue of $11.3 billion and recurring annual revenue from its Agentforce AI agents and Data 360 products approaching $3.9 billion. The company raised its full-year revenue forecast by $200 million and said pending purchases of Contentful and Fin should close in the coming quarter. Much of the raise depends on those deals completing, and Agentforce's reported figures now include Slackbot and other AI offerings, which makes the growth rate harder to compare with earlier quarters.
