Cloudflare announced Adaptive Intelligence, a detection engine built into its Bot Management product that learns from live traffic and issues short-lived, narrowly targeted blocking rules so attackers cannot map a fixed set of defences. It also looks at behaviour over several time windows to catch slow credential-stuffing and scraping campaigns. It is available to Bot Management customers, and Cloudflare's own forward-looking wording leaves the beta and general availability timing open.
