Agile Robots trains its machines using videos of humans doing tasks. Its Robot Academy has workers film themselves performing movements. The footage captures hand and finger motions. Agile Robots combines this with other training data. Robots then practice the movements in simulations. CEO Zhaopeng Chen announced this at the Wave by Vento event in Turin. The goal is to address a data shortfall in industrial automation.
