Gemini Notebook is now a Connected App in the Gemini app. Users can type @Gemini Notebook to create, edit or delete notebooks. They can also add, update or delete sources in a notebook. Users can list notebooks and their sources. They can ask questions using notebook context. Admins control access via existing Gemini and Notebook settings. The feature is on by default globally except in the EEA. It is available now to all Google Workspace and personal account users.
