Wonderful raised $550 million at a $5 billion valuation. The startup helps large companies put artificial intelligence to work. It was founded last year and now has 650 employees. It plans to grow the team to about 1,000. The money funds hiring for teams that sit with customers to build and install systems. Insight Partners, already an investor, led the round. Salesforce is the only new backer. Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners also took part. The Wall Street Journal reported the round first.
