Google marked International ShakeOut Day by expanding its Android Earthquake Alerts System to more regions. Its AI models now provide up to seven days of warning for riverine floods. They also give up to 24 hours of notice for urban flash floods. WeatherNext predicts cyclones up to 15 days in advance. Near-real-time fire boundary maps are live in 34 countries. FireSat will detect fires as small as a classroom within 20 minutes once complete. In 2025 Google delivered crisis information over 10 million times daily on average. It published a Crisis Resilience white paper detailing these efforts.
