EveryInc proposed an external architecture for Compound Writing. It includes a public core and an optional editorial edition boundary. The toolbox works in both Claude and Codex from one source tree. Writers can start with `cw-scribe` to set up a portable writing home. The system preserves existing workspaces and active drafts. It routes context in a fixed authority order. All commands use the `cw-` prefix. The plugin is installable via marketplace in both runtimes.
