Release2026-08-06

Reka released RekaDaily-10k, a collection of more than 10,000 hours of unscripted first-person video of everyday household tasks, recorded by paid contributors in their own homes. It comes in two forms: the footage as recorded, and a version cut into short clips with written descriptions. The licence allows commercial use and redistribution, and the full raw set is due to be complete early the following week.

What changed

Existing open first-person video collections covered daily life and industrial work, but with less unscripted household footage and lower resolution.

What it unlocks

Training or evaluating household robotics, world models and video generation on thousands of hours of unscripted real-home footage, either raw or already clipped and captioned.

  • 10,312 hours of raw footage
  • roughly 1,670 hours in native 4K
  • network of more than 100,000 paid collectors

What you need to act on it

  • download from Hugging Face
  • full 10,312 hours expected live early the following week
