Kalshi Inc., the CFTC-regulated prediction markets exchange, has built a tool that plots a forward curve for the price of compute — the power, storage, memory and GPU resources used in AI processing — according to company executives cited by Bloomberg on July 14, 2026. The curve is intended to indicate where the cost of renting GPUs is headed. The move places Kalshi alongside other exchange and index operators trying to construct tradeable markets and benchmarks around AI computing capacity. The report does not specify a launch date, contract specifications or the data sources behind the curve.
