Pathos AI secured $237m in a Series E financing round. The round values the company at $3bn post-money. Bristol Myers Squibb led the funding. Existing investors also contributed. Pathos AI will use the funds to scale its Foundry platform. It will also advance four clinical cancer programmes. The programmes include AZD4241, DO-2, JSKN016, and pocenbrodib. Foundry uses AI agents to evaluate drug programme data. It identifies patient sub-populations and redirects clinical trial strategies. The platform also removes high-risk drug projects early.
