Release2026-11-02

Runnings is rolling out Relex Solutions’ AI platform across its stores and distribution network. The platform uses a single demand forecast to manage ordering and set stock levels. It accounts for seasonality and promotions. The project started this summer and will deploy in stages. Store forecasting and replenishment go live first. Distribution center forecasting and replenishment follow by mid-2027. Pricing, promotion, assortment, space and floor planning come later. RetSci is leading the implementation. Runnings aims to scale its network without increasing workload. The retailer operates 90 stores and five distribution centers across 12 states.
