Google made Apps Script respect data region policies. Script files and code are now stored in the chosen region. Script executions also run inside that region. Non-regionalized Apps Script services will be disabled for some organizations. Admins configure the policy in the Admin console. End users see no setting. The feature is live for Rapid and Scheduled Release domains.
