Waymo now offers public fully autonomous rides in Las Vegas. Residents and visitors can hail trips across a 24-mile service area. The fleet uses Ojai vehicles with the 6th-generation Waymo Driver. Las Vegas joins Denver and San Diego with majority Ojai fleets. Rides cover the Strip from Boulder Junction to Sahara Avenue. Service also connects Spring Valley to Winchester. Over 100,000 people had signed up before launch. Waymo cites a 94% reduction in serious injury crashes versus human drivers. Access will expand steadily across Clark County. The city’s mayor praised the move for safer urban mobility.
