Amazon blocked Meta’s AI agent Muse from its site. Users saw an error citing unauthorized AI agent access. Muse can no longer place orders on Amazon. Amazon has its own AI models and inference platform. It may also want to avoid handling errors from agent-driven orders. Muse still has a non-zero hallucination rate.
