Apple released Siri AI, a rebuilt version of its assistant, alongside new Apple Intelligence features. Siri AI can search a user's messages, emails and photos, then take actions in apps. It also answers general questions using web information and can respond to what is on screen. Siri AI starts today in beta in English. French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish follow next month. A dedicated Siri app syncs conversation history across devices through iCloud. Visual Intelligence expands to iPad, Mac and Vision Pro, and writing tools work system-wide. Photos gains reframing and extend tools, and Image Playground can now make photorealistic images. Safari groups tabs by topic and can watch pages for changes. Apple says support for the SynthID labelling standard is coming.
