Release2026-10-05

Google Meet added a post-meeting screen section called "Routines for this meeting". It lets users enable next steps with one tap. The feature is powered by Gemini and Workspace Studio. It automates repetitive post-meeting tasks within Google Workspace. Two routines are available now: draft a follow-up email and add action items to Google Tasks. More routines are coming soon. Admins can disable it at domain, OU or group level. Users can manage routines from the Meet post-call screen or Workspace Studio Flows library. The rollout is extended and started on October 5, 2026.
