Cohere announced a proposed agreement to acquire AISLE. AISLE builds autonomous systems to find and fix unknown software vulnerabilities. The deal aims to launch Cohere Cyber for securing AI systems. AISLE’s founders will take leadership roles at Cohere. Ondrej Vlcek will lead Cohere Cyber as Senior Vice President. Jaya Baloo will become Cohere’s Chief Information Security Officer. Stanislav Fort will lead AI security research as Vice President. Cohere plans to expand AISLE’s Prague office as a global cybersecurity hub. AISLE discovered over 500 previously unknown vulnerabilities in its first year. These included all 12 OpenSSL CVEs in January and 18 of 24 curl CVEs.
