GitHub added feature engagement counts to the Copilot impact dashboard. It shows how many active users used each feature on at least two days in 28 days. The same data appears in enterprise and organization 28-day aggregate reports. A new field reports the full rolling 28-day population for each AI adoption phase. The dashboard breaks engagement down by seven Copilot features. Active Copilot code review requires manual user action. Passive Copilot code review runs without user interaction. The data is available to enterprise owners, billing managers, and organization owners. Custom roles need the View Copilot Metrics permission. Feature engagement is not included in user-level reports.
