Meta released Muse Glimmer, a 30-billion-parameter model whose weights anyone can download and modify under the Apache 2.0 licence. It is built to run assistants on a single consumer graphics card, handling multi-step work such as writing code, editing files and reading screenshots without an internet connection. Meta's more capable Muse Spark model remains closed.
