Nvidia's quarterly results beat expectations and the company forecast strong revenue growth for the fiscal year running from February 2027, sending its shares up sharply and lifting other chip stocks. Chief executive Jensen Huang said demand exceeds that forecast but that supply of finished product is limited. Custom chips being designed by large cloud providers and AI labs remain a competitive risk.
