Dell now expects AI server sales to triple this fiscal year. Six months ago it had forecast roughly a doubling. Quarterly revenue beat every analyst estimate and grew about 58% from a year earlier. Net income rose sharply against the same quarter last year. Dell raised its full-year earnings and revenue guidance well above Wall Street forecasts. Jeff Clarke, the operating chief, said price rises from higher input costs lift the revenue outlook. He also said customers need more conventional processor capacity for AI and agent workflows. That is driving extra demand for traditional servers. PC and accessory revenue grew but fell just short of expectations. Dell won a $9.7 billion software contract with the U.S. military during the quarter.
