Salesforce unveiled its agentic enterprise vision at Dreamforce 2026. It unifies apps through data, logic and AI agents. AIforce extends Salesforce beyond its traditional UX via Slack and Claude. Agentforce adds autonomous agents like Hunter and Casey. Customer 360 and Data 360 remain the workflow and data layers. Salesforce introduced Koa, a CRM-specific reasoning model built with NVIDIA. It announced new Core, Advanced and Max editions bundling AI and Slack. Recent acquisitions like Fin, Qualified, Contentful and Momentum remain standalone. Slack now supports multiplayer AI for collaborative agent work. Agent Fabric governs agents, but integration questions remain.
