Release2026-09-22

The Biological Computing Co. partnered with AWS to sell a neuron-derived AI video model. The model runs five times faster and at 80% lower inference cost than its base. It uses a lightweight software layer trained on living neuron responses. The neurons stay in the lab and do not ship to customers. The model will run on Amazon Trainium chips and be listed in AWS Marketplace. Customers can deploy it in Amazon SageMaker. Early access is open now. TBC plans to apply the same approach to other AI workloads after video.

What changed

Video models ran without neuron-derived optimization layers.

What it unlocks

Generating video at lower cost and higher speed on standard cloud GPUs.

  • 5x faster video output
  • 80% lower inference cost
  • <0.1% added model size

What you need to act on it

  • early access request
  • AWS environment
