Pulsar renamed its Autonomous Research Agent from SAGA to STORY. It moved from Private Beta to Public Beta. STORY now runs scheduled briefings unattended on Pulsar’s servers. It retrieves exact quotes from raw posts and links them to original sources. Dates in schedules are computed automatically through time zones and clock changes. Recipients, country, source and filters apply exactly as set each run. STORY uses the user’s Pulsar permissions and cannot access beyond them. It holds larger working memory for long analyses. Chats created before 28 September 2026 will stop working on November 4th. Users must recreate old chats and schedules in STORY by that date. Reports now open with a verdict, a strength score and change metrics. Public Beta will add a usage meter and better email formatting next.
