Release2026-10-31

Docusign released its MCP Server to general availability. It lets AI agents send, track, search, and analyze agreements. The server powers Docusign’s AI connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot. Existing Docusign API integrations keep their current keys and auth flows. New integrations can start with tool calls instead of full API schemas. Human-in-the-loop approval gates can be configured for agent workflows.

What changed

AI agents required custom orchestration code and API callers for each Docusign workflow.

What it unlocks

AI agents can now send, track, search, and analyze Docusign agreements through standardized MCP tools.

What you need to act on it
