Ant Group launched LingGuang 2.0. It adds persistent memory to its AI assistant. The assistant can now continue managing tasks after users leave a conversation. With permission, it identifies needs, monitors changes and follows up over time. Supported uses include checking Alipay bills for forgotten subscriptions. It can monitor flight and hotel prices after booking. It extracts tasks from school notices in DingTalk groups. The assistant connects to Alipay, DingTalk, Feishu, email and Xiaomi’s Mijia. It supports external tools via MCP and command-line interfaces. The release follows limited testing earlier this month.
